Hello everybody (and hopefully AMD too!),
i bought a new Sapphire RX 6800 XT OC Nitro+ from an austrian Vendor and since then i have some problems with this Card.
At first i thought it may be a driver Issue because new card and blah.. but now i think something bigger is causing Issues..
Radeon Driver: 21.2.1
At first: FPS in Games are Okay not as great as i expected but okay.
CSGO: around 300 FPS
Shadow of the Tomb Raider: around 100 fps on ultra settings but without Raytracing.

In This Video you can see the flickering in the charts.
I Only have this Effect in "Text" and special Apps Like the AMD Driver (lol) and the Epic Games Launcher.
Csgo works fine, Chrome works fine.
In Contrast: Excel and Outlook is horrible bad. Sometimes it even STAYS false and doesnt flicker... But the moment you move your mouse or the program changes in View it normalises again.. Hard to catch it since it doesnt comes up every time.

AMD Ryzen 7 2700x Default Clock
ASUS TUF X470-PLUS GAMING with latest UEFI-Firmware Update.
Crucial DDR4 Memory 4x16 GB @ 2666 MHZ (1333 MHZ @ DUAL Channel) - (BLT8G4D30AETA.K16FE)
Sapphire Radeon RX 6800 XT OC Nitro+ @Factory Defaults.
Power-Supply 750W or 850W Corsair 80+ Gold (Not 100% sure about the Wattage).
Funfact: Youtube on 8k is a lagging mess, but CPU, GPU and Network are sleeping...
