RX 6800 XT 1/3 Display Ports Not Detected

I just received my New GPU with 0 damage to any of the packaging or GPU itself the hdmi and two of the three display ports work fine. I just installed the proper drivers as well and tried restarting my PC. I also tried changing what display went into the port. It's neither the monitors nor the cables.

send back for a replacement if you need all the ports, sounds like a broken port.

You're not going to believe this but I contacted Microsoft customer support thinking I'll at least cover my bases before RMAing it but when they used the Quick Assist to take control, it started working again. I don't know if they forced it to respond or if it was dumb luck. The problem is fixed. If anyone else has the issue maybe that's the fix.

So after further investigation, I've found two solutions. One being that if your monitors shut off, whichever one is your default and or shuts down first will be the one you need to disconnect fully. It should then allow the others to work correctly enough for you to go to display settings and reconnect the monitor. If that doesn't work, In the AMD Adrenaline software under 'Display' there is an option for 'Custom Resolutions'. Make sure there are no profiles created. I don't fully understand why but if you have a profile made, it will crash the monitor. I will post more information if I run into more issues.
