Recently got a RX 6700XT, set it up and everything was fine.. until I started actually using it and then out of no where every once in a while both monitors will flicker and the game will stutter but without dropping frames. Currently have a Ryzen 9 5900x CPU and didn't have a problem until i installed the AMD graphics.
Most of the time it will be completely fine and then all of a sudden start flickering. I spend hours trying to change settings and all that and nothing seemed to work. I feel like with the set up i have now playing most games on their highest settings should be a breeze..
