Performance issu 6950xt

Hello everyone, I don't know why, but since this morning, I've noticed that my games are lagging / stuttering (specifically when I shoot in EFT or Destiny, I experience a kind of freeze, and the same happens when I cast a spell in D4, etc.). I've reinstalled Windows, used DDU, updated the BIOS... Do you have any leads I could explore ? https://userdiag.com/id/dbxDxk5UQU

Close unnecessary background applications and processes, especially those consuming a significant amount of CPU or memory. Some applications may interfere with gaming performance. Adjust in-game graphics settings. Lowering graphics settings may improve performance. Also, check if there are any specific settings related to physics or particle effects that could be causing the stuttering.

The performance doesn't seem to be the issue, as neither my graphics card nor my processor is being used at full capacity. Regardless of whether the graphics settings are set to low or high quality, the issues persist. Additionally, I have almost no other applications running since I am on a fresh installation of Windows

Performe the DXnavi manipulation have partially solved my issue, but I believe the problem is largely due to the update to version 23.12.1 of AMD Adrenalin
