SOYO RX 5700XT FANS NOT SPINNING ANYTIME

I bought a SOYO RX 5700XT Triple Fan graphic card (gpu) from aliexpress.
When it arrived, I tested it on a friend's PC and it worked normally. It recognized everything and turned on the FAN normally (I could even hear the noise level).
Now I received the parts for my PC and went to assemble it.
A graphic card accompanied by the system. On CPU Z / GPU Z / AMD ADRENALINE / MSI AFTERBURNER, all programs considered it.
I was able to install the graphic card driver that found it and information that is up to date. I updated the BIOS and so far the fan hasn't turned.

In the stress tests I did, and in games, I found that the FAN does not spin at any time!! In one of the stress tests it reached 90 degrees and the fans did not rotate.
When I set the games to maximum and I forced them and they didn't turn either.

I tried to use ADM Adrenaline to deactivate the protection mode that only turns on when it is used a lot, and the information appears: GPU FAN SPEED N/A
Can anyone help me on what to do?
The only time I saw it spinning was when the PC was turned on but it gave an error because I didn't know how to install Windows. It turned on, turned a little and I ended up turning off the PC using the button on the case. After that he didn't call again.

Do you have both GPU Power connectors connected to separate PSU power ports?

Any errors in Device Manager?

Can you upload a GPU-Z image to see if the AMD Driver is correctly installed and all APIs correctly enabled for your GPU card?

Also uninstall MSI Afterburner and reboot your computer. Than try using AMD Radeon Settings Performance to make a new aggressive GPU Fan profile and see if the fans start working now.

Possibly MSI Afterburner might be in conflict with AMD Radeon settings. If the same thing occurs, no fans spinning, you can install MSI Afterburner again.

If you were to install your GPU card in your friend's computer and it works normally that would indicate possibly a Motherboard/BIOS issue or possibly a PSU Power issue with your PC.

About the cables: 2 8-pin cables are connected

There is no error in Device Manager. It even shows the video card and informs that the drivers are installed.

Below is an image of GPU-Z. Can you see if has something wrong? Important tell you the only thing is wrong is the fan. The other things are working.

In the system, everything is recognized normally. However, on AMD ADRENALINE when I try to change the FAN profile it shows: FAN SPEED N/A and no longer shows 0 RPM

In a little while I will try to uninstall the MSI to follow the procedures you advised. Later I will test again on the computer my friendWhatsApp Image 2023-09-29 at 12.40.13.jpeg

GPU-Z seems to indicate the AMD driver is correctly installed. At the bottom all the correct boxes have been correctly check marked and enabled.

But I noticed that several data is missing from your GPU card - GPU clock, Default Clock, Memory, Boost, Pixel and Texture filtrate all showing Zero or blank.

Here is one GPU-Z, as an example only, showing how your GPU-Z should look like. Same Manufacturer's date and slightly different BIOS Version as your GPU card:

It is possible that the BIOS your GPU card is not the same as a regular AMD RX5700XT GPU card BIOS. just guessing though.

See if your GPU card fans works normally again in your friend's PC. If it does that would indicate something is interfering or in conflict with the GPU card settings that prevents the GPU fans from turning on in your PC.

That is why I suggested to uninstall MSI Afterburner that in the past had some conflict with AMD drivers.

EDIT: Since your GPU card is a Chinese made GPU Card by SOYO I would open a SOYO Support ticket and see if your problem could be due to a vBIOS issue.

Also you might want to ask AMD SUPPORT to if they believe you need to install a original AMD vBIOS in your GPU card to see if that will fix the issue or download one from TechPowerUp that matches the same vBIOS version as your GPU card with the same data such as Memory, Speed, etc.

Hello there, I am having kinda problem with same manufacturer soyo rx 5700 xt 8gigs, which i bought from AliExpress and connected to W540 thinkpad through Beast Expresscard v8.5, specs: 2 fans,  6+8 Pin PSU(700W, AliExpress)

System:W540, i7-4800q, 2.7Ghz, 24 Gigs Ram, 1TB SSD

Actually when i try to install any version of official AMD gpu driver, it says the hardware is unsupported (Error 182). I tried DDU, and Amdcleanutility but everytime its showing same error.

The card is actually detected as PCI to PCI Bridge and not as Microsoft Display Adapter or something like that. Cause i do have another model rx 580 before 5700xt which my pc recognizes as Microsoft Display Adapter before installing official Driver.

and TechPowerUp or any other similar GPU detector could not detect the GPU!

Does that PCI to PCI Bridge recognition means Hardware defect? or is there any Software error or procedure which should be exactly followed.

I would be very thankful if any concrete solution could be made in this situation. many thanks.

Regards.
