Max fan speed: 60%

this temps are good?

Hi, seems pretty ok'ish. 

Is it a reference card or AIB? What about sustained gaming temps? 

Have you tried undervolting?

Your Hot Spot temperature are well within its Maximum Operating Temperature of 110c:

The Maximum Operating Temperature of the RX57xx series GPU cards is 110C. The RX57xx GPU cards have several Thermal Sensors throughout the GPU card. If any one of those Thermal Sensors reaches 110C the GPU card will automatically start to throttle to lower the Temperature to 110C or below
