Multiple Firepro W7100 GPUs

I have 3 Firepro 7100 cards in a computer but the Radeon software in only seeing two of the three.

The computer is running Windows 10 22H2 with the latest version of the Radeon software.

I've tried reinstalling the software and drivers but no luck.

Is there a way to fix this?
