After upgrading to an AMD Raedon 570 graphics card, my monitor shows no signal when I start up my computer, then turn on the monitor. This problem does not occur when I turn on the monitor first then power on the PC. This problem did not occur with my old graphics card. Because of this, I cannot use a timed start up on my PC.
