When I play games, with V-Sync enabled in the game itself, the picture is very smooth and there is no tearing, but there is a lag of 16.67ms. But if I turn off V-Sync in the game, and turn on Amd enhanced sync in radeon software, then the latency drops to 5-8ms, but there are terrible image tearing and the picture becomes very not smooth.
I have sapphire AMD RX570 4Gb and the latest driver version (24.3.1).
The picture from the video card to the monitor is transmitted through an adapter.
