Hi today i got Radeon R5 340x from seller today after install it and connect it to my Monitor via both DP and HDMI no video output were shown , I run AIDA64 software in Windows and it detect it as R5 340x , I tried to install Adrenalin 2020 driver after reboot when it tried to switch from iGPU to the dGPU I got black screen and my PC frozen ,
The card fan are spinning but every time I remove it and check the GPU temperature it was dead cold no sign of heat at all , does this mean I got dead GPU ? if so why Windows and AIDA64 still detect it !
My PC is Core i3 2120 Motherboard ASRock H61M-DGS latest BIOS 1.6
I tried it in Linux Mint 19 and it detected
