I INSTALL ANY 22.7.1 DRIVER AND REVERTS BACK TO a bad AMD RADEON (tm) VEGA 8 GRAPHICS
* ERROR = Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
* VERSION 31.0.12015.1008

preinstalls done

* windows 10 laptop

* reimaged

* hp graphics drivers installed

* firmware for docking station installed

THIS IS AN ISSUE WHEN I USE DUAL MONITOR WITH LAPTOP OFF AN HP G2 DOCKING STATION

Looks like i fixed my own issue 

went to bios then set to factory settings and resolved the issue
