Graphics Cards

I'm using Ideapad 320 A12 ver. and it has R7 Graphics and R7 m440. Can I use the discrete GPU only (the R7 m440) and not using the integrated graphics at all (the R7 graphics)? If yes, how to configure it?

note: my windows settings only shows R7 graphics as the high and low peformance option.

I have exactly the same problem. Device Manager detect both cards and I have installed the latest drivers for both of them but Windows still doesn't recognize the discrete GPU.

Apparently no one seems to have a real answer for it. People always seem to post useless answers that never solve the problem.

Hope someone can provide an actually helpful solution for it.

If your laptop manufacturer allows it, in the bios under display/or graphics there is the option to use the discrete (PCI) graphics as the primary. The integrated is disabled. Select that and reboot. Your battery life is shot...keep it plugged in. Kinda defeats what a laptop is for.
