can't we know specifically? because I would like to see if my laptop is compatible with some games and without knowing precisely the gpu it is not easy, I have a laptop

The exact model of the integrated graphics solution will depend on what processor you have.

A good resource is the TechPowerUp online database. Do a Google search for your processor model number and "specs", for example "7840HS specs" and click on the TechPowerUp site.

Find in the table where it states "Integrated Graphics" for the specifics.

To get the AMD Graphics driver for your IGPU Lucienne you need to input your Mobile AMD APU Processor at AMD Download page or go to your Laptop Support and download their AMD OEM Graphics driver if none available at AMD Download page.

You can download GPU-Z to get all the information including AMD Processor and data about your IGPU.

Possibly not. That data could out-dated.

Run GPU-Z  and CPU-ID on your Windows Laptop/Desktop PC and it will show you the Make & Model of your AMD Processor and IGPU and its data.

You can compare it to TechPowerUp  IGPU data afterwards. Might be slightly different though.

Once you find out the AMD APU Processor you have you can go to AMD Download page under "Processors" and input it there to find your IGPU Graphics driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html

If not listed than you need to go to your Laptop/Motherboard/Manufacture, if Prebuilt, of Desktop PC Support download page and use their AMD OEM Graphic driver to install.

I used GPU Z and doing a lookup on the name of my GPU takes me to a site where it says AMD Radeon Graphics 512SP Mobile

That IGPU is used in several Mobile AMD Processors so you need to find out the processor you have installed first.

Download CPU-Z /CPU-ID and see which AMD APU processor is using that IGPU: https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

Than follow the suggestions from my previous replies.
