help me gpu amd laptop

I tell you I have a hp laptop whose dedicated 7670m (the computer has an 8650g as integrated) I cannot make it work from win 7 to win 10 in any program and games and win 10 when selecting gpu from the screen menu of said OS does not recognize the 7670m (If you do it in device manager like 7600m series) but the strangest thing that only happens when I use the dual channel of the ram (4 + 4gb) in single, the dgpu works without problems

Drivers are for 7670M...

Drivers are for 8650G

That is the WHQL driver that you should use...

That is the beta driver that you should use...

AMD does not offer up-to-date driver support for your hardware. So you have to try these drivers.

I tried with both but the problem appears when I add more ram to the laptop as I said the dedicated one with 4gb works with 8 not

is there any way to fool the drivers that I only have 4gb of ram? or disable that extra vram that absorbs the igpu from the ram?

There is no such thing as a mismatch between RAM and driver. The problem is probably that the RAM speeds or CL values are not compatible.

Thanks, but I had already tried that driver without success, I think the problem when adding more ram the igpu is detected as high performance (having more vram product of more ram), therefore the 7670m is unusable.

there is no way to prevent the drivers from adding more vram to the 8650g? or force the 7670m with another method?

Adding too much RAM to a system does not change a behavior of a display driver.

Go to Windows Device Manager > Display Adapters and disable the 8650G. Maybe this will help you.

It remains the same I do not understand why it is, altering the inf will be of any use?

So do I. Re-install Windows with an USB stick. I did not understand too.

I think they are the pci bus drivers together with amd's sm bus, but I don't know which one to replace it only happens in dual channel
