HD 6970 second monitor is black screen

Hello.

I have this PC configuration:

i5 3450 3.1 Ghz

AMD 6970 2 GB (2 dvi-i, 2 DP, 1 HDMI)

motherboard: msi h61m-p31/w8

RAM: 2 ranks 4GB + 4 GB;

I had two monitors(1 Philips 170S6FS 1280 1024, 2 - acer S220HQL 1920-1080) connected to HD 6970 and one monitor(3 - samsung SyncMaster 1280-1024) connected to integrated graphics(i5 3450).

Third monitor works fine.

Second monitor works fine too, but first is black screen. And sometimes it shows me a image(picture) for 1-2 seconds and then again black screen. First monitor work fine(tested). Windows see all monitor. In device manager i can see all monitors(Universal monitor PnP), but first is Universal monitor no PnP.

I connected first monitor with VGA cable and adapter VGA -> DVI-D, 2 monitor - DVI-I(just a cable). 3 monitor - VGA.

Windows and CCC can see first monitor and i can change resolution and etc. settings.

What i need to do?
I tryed to reinstall drivers and it's doesn't help.
I tryed to replace monitors in GPU's connectors.

Thanks to attention.
