Graphics Cards

So I bought 2 Aisurix AMD Radeon 580 X graphic cards.  But sometimes when i start my pc i can tell my windows is loading but all i get is a black screen, it doesn't even show bios.  I have to restart a few times, or let it rest a while, for it show graphics.  Then sometimes it loads to desktop but my resolution is all wrong and when i try to load the adrenaline software, it says that it's not compatible with my card.  Sometimes i go and try to re-install adrenaline and it will work or it says it installed but there was an error and it still won't work.  Then it might run for days without a problem.  The 2 pcs they are used in are identical, built at the same time.  They both have a 750W power supply and a AMD Ryzen 5 2600x processor.  Anyone know what i should do ?

1. Did u buy card new or used?

- if new u can always turn it back or ssend for warranty

- if used then maybe some connection under gpu are not good

2. Did u try run card in diffirent PC and did same problems occur?

3. Did u use DDU or AMDCleanUpUtility to clean remains of drivers?

4. Is windows updated?

5. Did u try SFC and/or dism restorehealth/checkhealth to check integrity of system?

6. Did u try just use gpu on reinstalled windows?
