I've recently noticed that my PC has started giving me gray screen and unresponsive startups. I am not sure if it's related to Windows Update or Drivers.. or both.
But there is something that I noticed, when using dual monitor setup (AOC 4K DP's). When I shut down and/or start the computer having both monitors connected but 1 disabled from windows display settings.. it gives the gray screen and everything, but when shutting down with both monitors active, it won't. I believe it did not do this when no GPU drivers we're installed, not sure about this one yet.
I have yet to test thoroughly if this only applies to DP's .. or is HDMI also affected the same way. I have cables to test it and will do it when I have more time.
I tried some older driver and nothing changed for the better.. if only, then it got worse.
There was something called MPO? Registry stuff, tried it, didn't work.. or at least for the problem I am having.
I will give some updates when I test more of it.
