I am new to these forums, and apologize for any lack of structure but I am coming across issues with my PC and would love your help. And can provide any information possible.
I have the AMD Sapphire Pure 7800 XT.
My computer often comes across an issue where the entire screen stutters, and then becomes unresponsive. I can usually move my mouse at times, but clicking nothing will register and will require a hard restart.
Sometimes if I wait long enough the computer freeze will revert to normal, albeit with some performance issues. And a screen will pop-up that says an AMD- driver has crashed and provide me an option to report the bug.
Please help me with steps on how I may diagnose and fix my issue.
