For 5 days I have had continuous crashes while playing, the game freezes, the screen goes black and then everything goes back to normal, obviously the game closes and also discord, I contacted the Microsoft support service and from the logs they told me more than one operator that it's a GPU driver problem, I tried changing the bios version, uninstalling and reinstalling the GPU drivers with DDU in safe mode, I installed the latest windows update, I tried with different GPU drivers, I did stress tests to all components to make sure there is not a component problem, with the following programs

It's not a temperature problem, in game the CPU is 65 degrees and the GPU is 50.
