Lately I upgraded my PC to rx7800 and I'm experiencing micro stuttering caused probably by inconsistent frametime.
I'm experiencing this issue in all games (for example Alan Wake 2, Remnant 2, CS 2), basically for example I have about 5ms of framtime in CS and it randomly peaks to 50ms every 5 seconds what is causing micro lags. There is no resources usage or FPS drops when its happening, just frame time.
Tried a lot of things like windows reinstall, Chipset drivers upgrade, BIOS update, enabling/disabling ReBAR/SAM, even connected GPU by 2 separate cables, disabling freesync, enabling v-sync etc. There is also no overheating (gpu has ~ 70 celsius degrees)
Do anyone have idea what can be issue? Its very annoing

- hellhound rx7800xt
- ryzen 5800x3d
- msi b450 tomahawk max
- RAM Patriot Viper Steel DDR4 16GB 3733MHz CL17
- PSU MSI MPG A850GF
- Windows installed on SATA SSD, games on m2 SSD
- Running windows 11
