Could not select RX 550 x for Premiere PRO 2017 video rendering in Thinkpad E490

Hi Friends,

In my new laptop Thinkpad E490, I could not select RX 550 X for premiere pro 2017 video rendering. During the rendering the taskmanager shows the application uses the shared Intel 620 is rendering the video. 

How can i enable Radeo for rendering and show in drop down menu for selection. 

Note: I have updated all the drivers and bios, please explain the steps in detail.
