I have recently installed a new motherboard (Aorus z590 xtreme) with a rx5700xt graphics card. I noticed right away a constant static noise while playing any sound from any source. I tried switching graphics cards to a rx5600xt and the same static noise was there behaving in the same manner. I replaced the AMD graphics for a STRIX Nvidia 970 and ther was no static noise any more. I reintsalled the rx5700xt and the same static noise was there. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and all the software and still the static noise is there.
