Constant crashes 7900 GRE

Constant crashes 7900 GRE when playing Hunt Showdown, steps to replicate : play any sniper/scope weapon & the game will crash.
Uninstalled & clean previous Nvidia drivers in safe mode with DDU, someone please help. This is the only online game I play  

Current specs:

I5-13600K
SAPPHIRE PURE 7900 GRE 16GB

Try increasing Power Limit to +15%

I had similar issues in games where a certain area which was more graphically intense would crash the game/driver every time.
I would also suggest running an overclock and undervolted for this card - I found 2650mhz / 1005 mV / 2316 mhz memory to be perfectly stable but some testing is needed and if you're not into that, just go for Power Limit +15% and you should be fine
