I tried to watch Netflix 4K video via using my desktop but didn't work
my setup is descripted below.
5600X processer with RX Vega56
4K HDR10+ monitor is connected with DP2.1 cable
Windows is claiming all feature is working well
HEVC video extentions is installed
in a short search, I read forum article that Vega56/64 didn't support PlayReady DRM.
Does Vega still not support PlayReady DRM? Has the Adrenaline driver not yet added related features?
There's a litany of things to check, from your subscription level, hardware, Internet connection and even the browser/app being used. Here's a comprehensive checklist.

Thanks a lot for kind reply
I'd check about it and below is the result.
Highest subscription plan (streaming quality 'high')
5600X / 2x16GB 3600 ram / RX Vega56
1Gbps internet connection (910Mbps at Fast.com)
4K 60Hz HDR10+ HDCP2.2 display is properly connected, using DP2.1 cable
HEVC video ex is working well
Using official Netflix app
I didn't know what makes 4K feature unavailable...
(btw, the Dolby Vision is available in this setup)
Apple TV app is working well in this same settings but only the Netflix doesn't.
Did you try the 4K test patterns?
If it's working fine at 4K with another streaming service, then your system is capable.
