There was a problem with the "XFX SWFT 210 RX 6600" graphics card that I bought in the prebuilt system, and I sent the graphics card to warranty. The distributor could not repair the product and offered me money refund but because of the dollar/turkish lira ratio i refused it cause i couldnt even buy a second hand one with the money they offered but they said they did not have stock . When I wrote to the Distributor from another account, they told me it was in stock. So I took a photo of what they said and sent it to them, they told me I had to wait. They have stock but they do not give me my graphics card.
I've contacted with more people that had same issue and they've said similar things.
