Graphics Cards

Hello there, 

I'm french so sorry for my english.

I bought a graphic card  AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT and i had problem. Sometimes (rarely), i have total freeze in game. I can't do anything, only restart my computer by press button on/off. I've always the sound in game.

I did several tests on my equipment but all is good.

Someone have the same problem ? or a solution ?

Do you get a black screen whenever you get a total freeze? If so, I think the only thing you can do is wait for AMD to fix their drivers, or maybe even return your GPU if you are within the return window. If you aren't, send a bug report to AMD using the bug report tool in their drivers, or send a bug report through this link: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form Remember to tell them your full system specs and operating system, plus describe the problem you have.

I have a PowerColor Radeon RX 7900 XTX Red Devil and it crashes on all games after recent updates with a black screen.

I don't have black screen. The game is always open and sound too. But i can do nothing.

I have change my GPU nvidia for Amd. Maybe a driver problem ? I used DDU.

I get it on Dota, same like you. Try use VULKAN if support or use 22.11.2 version.

AMD like broke DX11 since 2023 driver version.

I have the same problem. I tried everything, even a full reset. Nothing works, im going to claim my money back
