AMD Radeon R5 M330 0% GPU USAGE

Hello,

I have an Intel Graphics and AMD Radeon R5 M330 GPUs on my lenovo laptop. Recently, I have noticed that in the task manager my laptop is using only intel gpu, so i was trying to read how to solve it, but most of the threads are just unfinished or don't have the solution. Even after i disabled intel gpu in my device manager, amd gpu is still on 0% and every game is crashing.

Please help me make my AMD gpu work!

Do not disable the Intel graphics, your system will automatically switch graphics when it feels it needs to.

Use the drivers provided by you laptop manufacturer.

Here is some info on how your graphics work and what kind of performance you should see.

But it is always best to use Lenovo's Laptop Graphics Drivers since they are 100% compatible and uses all the features of your laptop.

NOTE: Your Intel Integrated Graphics drivers and CHIPSET must be the latest for the AMD Driver to work correctly.

See if there are any new BIOS for your laptop besides the one you have installed.

NOTE: amdmatt  mentions that headless Graphic cards (no outputs) do work automatically in switchable Laptops. I forgot how AMDMATT explained how you can actually tell if the laptop is using switchable graphics on it or not.
