I've been using my 6650 xt for a while now, and have noticed people getting close to what looks like TWICE the performance out of it.
My card is apparently drawing only 59w for power, when it can draw about triple that?

My system specs are as follows
AMD Ryzen 5 5500
AMD 6650 xt
DDR5 32gb Ram
PSU is ThermalTake SMART 700W
My card is showing that its only drawing a bit under 60watts of power under "max" load....im sure this is not normal.
I tried using the second set of pci-e power pins on my psu's cord, just to ensure it was not the cord, but the same result.
all tests result is extremely stable (Sus?) 58-59 wat power draw under max gpu useage in furmark and other applications.
it does not fluctuate at all.
