I have a fresh 6600XT that I bought about 2 weeks ago, and I have random flashes of b/w noise on Windows 10 with the latest driver.
I made OCCT VRAM test, and it passed just okay. The temperatures of CPU and GPU also seem low.
The flashes happen everywhere: in Photoshop, in Edius, in Chrome when watching YouTube and viewing webpages. In fact in games under heavy load the possibility to see them seems lower. The same PC with an older AMD GPU works fine (also another PC with that older AMD GPU works fine with the same monitor), so I guess it's not the monitor or the cable fault.
Changing display refresh rate from 60Hz to 59Hz and vice versa does not help.
The motherboard is Asus X79 LE, the CPU is Xeon E5 2690v2. My GPU is Asus Dual OC, 2-fan version.
