4k 120Hz on Radeon Vega VII

Hello, I recently got a nice deal on a used Radeon VII. My biggest concern was the lack of an HDMI 2.1 port, as I have my PC connected to a TV that supports 4K 120Hz via HDMI 2.1 (it doesn't have any DisplayPort ports). However, I've seen many opinions stating that it can display 4K 120Hz via HDMI 2.0, but the color profile needs to be set to 4:2:0 8-bit. Unfortunately, this doesn't work for me. It works fine at 4K 60Hz 10-bit via HDMI, but I can't get 120Hz to appear as an option in the Adrenaline software. I tried it with a high-quality HDMI 2.1 cable (which worked flawlessly at 4K 120fps on another GPU) and also with an adapter/converter from DisplayPort to HDMI 2.1. I tested both 4:2:2 and 4:2:0 color profiles, with the newest drivers and older ones (like version 21.1.2), but had no success. Has anyone managed to get 4K 120Hz with a Radeon VII (or any older Radeon GPU)? If so, please let me know which driver version and settings you are using. Thanks!
