Would a Intel 8265NGW wifi card be compatible with an Asus GA502DU-BR7N6 -Ryzen 7 ?

machine has 802.11ac already but given the vintage you might want to use the Intel AX200 instead which uses the smaller antenna connector seen on recent machines.

The AX200 is 802.11ax which will be faster with suitable access points

The best place to find out is by opening a Asus Support Ticket and see if:

1- The Intel Wireless will fit in your laptop

2-Is compatible with your laptop

3-There won't be any conflict with your Laptop's built in Wireless feature.

Some vendors use whitelists which are illegal but they do it anyway
