Saw an article yesterday which talked about 1903's separation between upgrades and updates, and that new build upgrades will be automatically installed 5 months before the current build goes EOL for home users.

Looks like Microsoft didn't follow the rules of a beta test, since these issues, especially the WiFi and bluetooth connectivity, are quire severe.

I have had no issues with 1903 on my R5 2400G box with a GTX 1060 in the slot, my MSI board has been rock solid

The only thing I have noticed with 1903 is that the Settings->Apps window will close. Then after an unknown period of time 10+ minutes (?) it will work. I suspect windows update is causing it to close like Win Update locks a file and Apps can't open it until update is done.

Works fine for me, does take a few moments to populate. Hard disk based rigs might take while.
