Recently I order AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor from Amazon that comes with 2 games. Tom Clancy’s Division 2 Gold Edition and World War Z.  Amazon sent me the game code via email. Next day I made my account at AMD Rewards. When I enter the coupon code and it tells me It is not a valid code. I was hoping that it was a simple copy and paste issue quirk unfortunately no. I even typed in the promo code word for word still getting the same error message.

I placed a ticket for issue via https://www.amdrewards.com/support still awaiting for response.

I was really looking forward to playing either one of these titles this long weekend. )-:

AMD, I could really use some input on what the next steps would be to address this issue?
