I can only choose one of these two systems. Which one of these is better for you? I would be glad if you help me.

Neither. While system 1 has a faster GPU (see https://www.techspot.com/review/1658-geforce-gt-1030-abomination/ for benchmarks), it also has much slower RAM which will hamper performance by several percentage points. Conversely, system 2 has faster RAM, not 3200mhz but still faster than 2400mhz but will still hamper APU performance. Keep looking.
