I ordered the ryzen 3700x processor from Germany.
I live in Russia myself.
AMD has a promotion when they buy a new processor, they give the game.
Where to get the code from the game or where to register the processor?

The code comes from the retailer. Registration instructions come with the code. If your country and/or retailer are ineligible for the code, then you will not get it. According to AMD, these are the participating retailers.
