Ok so I need to sent an RMA form to amd because I got a motherboard with an outdated bios that doesnt support bios flashback and I need a boot kit. However, when I click on the link to fill in an RMA form, it takes me to this "warranty services portal" that requires me to sign in again. Okay, easy, right? WRONG. Then after I've logged in again and am ready to fill out the form, it takes me to GCC. WARRANTY. RETURNS. BRUH. and I spent 2 more hours on the site, trying to get to the RMA form page, but every time I tried, it took me to that stupid portal. What do I do?
