I recently bought a Rx 6750xt red devil and I absolutly love it but I was not given the codes for the 2 free games that was suppose to be given. I was suppose to receive a code for The newest Dead island that's suppose to come out and the new game called callisto protocol. I've checked my email everyday for the chance I might receive the codes electronically but no luck. Sometimes I would check the box over and over again for the slight chance I might have missed it. I've contacted amazon but they told me to contact AMD. I'm truly sad that I was promised to receive something but never received it if anyone can help please don't be afraid to reply.

First it is Amazon, the Retailer, that is suppose to give you the game codes not AMD.

Was the AMD Promotion still in effect when you purchased the GPU card?

the promotion was still in effect and the campaign period hasn't ended. I also made sure it wasn't a 3rd party seller

Thanks for the update.

You need to talk to Amazon Customer Service and if they can't give you a valid reason instead of just saying contact AMD ask to speak to a Supervisor about the issue. In another words escalate the problem.

AMD doesn't give out the game codes, only the Participating Retailer/Vendor can do that.

Also open a AMD REWARD SUPPORT Ticket and see what you can do to get your coupons.

Bought from amazon U.S.?

Select models only directly sold & delivered by amazon (not from 3rd party seller).

Their adverts can be dodgy in the sense that they can have a discounted card also listed but does not include promo.

Did you make sure at checkout the promo was included?

Did amazon explain why the card doesn't qualify?

yes,I bought from the U.S amazon and I also made sure it wasnt a 3rd party seller. Also yes the promo was included
