I built a new pc for my friend with a 4070 7800x3d 32gb 5200mhz ram and a b650 motherboard from asrock. His pc is getting very weird stutters and im hoping its not from the cpu, but i wanna know if any of you guys have had a similar problem.
The pc worked fine to begin with but suddenly it started stuttering after gaming for a couple hours. I then updated the bios, and tweaked a couple settings, like turning on xmp and enabling pbo. It then fixed the problem for a couple days, and the it started again. I then reinstalled his graphic drivers with ddu and nvcleaninstall. It then worked for a couple days again. Now its started again, and im lost on what to do. Ive checked the temps. They dont go over 75c so im guessing its not that. He only plays cs2 which isnt the most demanding game. And its not just the game, but the whole pc is stuttering/freezing for half a second every 10 seconds or so.
Have you guys any clue on what to do?
