Hi,

Looking for some help on a new PC I purchased. Have this error popping up since the first time I turned on the PC, not sure why there is an issue out of the box, but here we are. Any help is appreciated.

Would help to know what graphics card and/or processor with graphics, OS & version, driver version trying to install?

Are you sure you have an AMD video card installed?  Are you plugging the monitor cord (HDMI or Display Port) into a video card or into the motherboard?  If you can verify that you are connected to an AMD video card, I would suggest that you go to the driver section of AMD.com and download the current Adrenalin software driver and install it.  Don’t forget to reboot your computer after that.
