Uso de Memoria Ram con rx 6900 xt

Buenos días, hace poco tiempo  la tarjeta  detalla arriba. El resto del equipo es una gygabite b450, 32 gb de ram 2666 mhz y procesador 2600x. Windows reconoce 36 gb de ram pero solo deja operativa 16, cuando tenia 16 ocurría lo mismo. Buscando un poco de información en Windows me dice que un dispositivo esta haciendo uso de esa memoria . Tras poner mi antigua rx 580 y ver que dejaba entonces usar toda la memoria. llegue a la conclusión de que es la tarjeta.

Me gustaría saber si es cierto que ese modelo de tarjeta hace uso de la mitad de la memoria del equipo a pesar de tener 16 gb ddr6 y la razón.

It is not caused by the graphics card, web search 'high hardware reserved memory' & there are a number of possible causes. Most common fix seems to be 'reset bios and load optimized defaults', if that does not work then you have to check through other solutions.

Shappire nitro+ edicion especial rx 6900 xt

windows 10 con ultima actualizacion.

Is it 'Task Manager' or other software showing the reading that you see. Images would help to understand.

restoring factory setting bios solved the problem.
