I'm trying to submit a warranty claim for my processor but when I try uploading a file to prove my purchase, it fails and says:
"Attention! Please upload the files mentioned above the file upload button."
When I upload my .pdf it shows it on the page, so I click on NEXT and that's when I get the error. I try dropping the file and it just displays the .pdf with no option to upload it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Can you post a screenshot of your browser showing the issue?
Is this a USA Warranty or International Warranty Claim? Asking due to different Servers being used.
Which AMD Hardware are you trying to open a Warranty claim for? CPU or GPU?
Are you using a VPN to upload the file? if so, try disabling the VPN first and see if it uploads or not.
Otherwise follow @FunkZ suggestion to find out exactly what is going on.
You can open a AMD SUPPORT - WARRANTY Ticket to see if they can help you find a way to upload your .PDF file.
This is not AMD WARRANTY but AMD SUPPORT: https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html
I am having the exact same issue. Tried firefox and chrome. Leave it to AMD to make a frustrating situation that much worse. Might be time to switch.
I actually had a similar problem with opening PDF files. But when the technician solved the issue for me, he said it was due to problems with my software.
