tr1950x not booting

built a system with a tr1950x (aorus x399 gaming 7) radeon pro duo and 48gb ram using a cv750 psu. The issue is when i go to boot my windows 10 ssd gives me a no boot device error although i can see it in bios, if i try boot off an older windows 7 ssd i get to the "starting windows" screen and then my mouse and keyboard disconnect, if i use both together i get nothing at all.

any help appreciated

What is the Make & Model of your Sata 3 SSD?

Any Mobo trouble or digital error code lit when it won't boot with the Windows driver installed?

Have you tried to do a Clean Windows install on the Windows  SSD?

Try using Windows Troubleshooting Menu (Using Windows Installation or restart PC 3 times in a row) and click on Repair Windows Startup and see if it fixes the Windows SSD Boot Manager Menu.

You need a strong CPU Cooler for Threadrippers.

Here is AMD Recommendations for CPU Coolers for ThreadRippers: https://www.amd.com/en/thermal-solutions-threadripper

If you are using a CPU Cooler not made or compatible for your ThreadRipper,  AMD may void your Warranty on the Processor.
