The sound on the AMD High definition audio chipset built into the Imac PRO 2017 (AMD VEGA 64) in Windows 10 (BootCamp) stops or starts wheezing. Please help solve this problem.

All support for Apple products is provided directly by Apple.

AMD High Definition Audio Chipset is not a dedicated Audio Processor., i.e. it's not a Sound Processor Unit, rather it's just a HDMI / HDCP Encoder/Decoder., which can if you're using TruAudio also provide VTS Filtering but this is uncommon and certainly isn't used by either Microsoft or Apple for their Desktop OS as they both rely on Software Solutions (Microsoft has Sonic, Apple has Cocoa while there's the 3rd Party option of Dolby Atmos or Sensura SRS).

Now, it is possible that the AMD Drivers can be causing some issues... in order to check this, then instead of Audio Playback via the Display try using a USB / 3.5mm Headset; as this will bypass the AMD HDMI Audio and provide a direct output signal from the SPU., which is most likely Realtek HD Audio.

If the issue persists via the direct output., then the problem is with the Realtek HD Audio Drivers (SPU) … if it's with the AMD HDMI Output, then try rolling back the Catalyst (Chipset) Drivers until it no longer exhibits said behaviour and provide a full post on the Driver Support forum listing the Apple Mac Model, Version of OSX, Drivers used, etc. along with the drivers that exhibit the problem.

It is possible (as Apple recently put out a Spectre Patch, remember they're still using Intel Core Based Architecture) that recent Apple updates are causing the issue / incompatibility resulting in a less than ideal experience.

I just noticed you're essentially reporting the issue is occurring in Windows 10 (1803) via Bootcamp.

I'd STRONGLY Recommend that you do not use Bootcamp or Dual-OS with Windows 10.

Instead be sure to install and run it from a Flash Drive / External SSD that can be attached or detached as and when you need / want to use it over Previous Versions of Windows, Mac OSX or *nix Based OS.
