Okay the same link I have bookmarked as @kingfish goes to the same broken link.

So either the AMD site is down due to maintenance or AMD took down the site to maybe upgrade it or change it.

I suggest you wait at least one day or maybe a week and try again to see if the site is up again.

The AMD Technical Documentations site is up again. I just checked a few seconds ago. So both of ours links should be working now.
