Any recommendations from you guys for streaming. My system is all amd and well I'm looking for some tips. Thanks in advance!

What do you need recommendations for? live streaming software? just use OBS

Within obs, since I hear that amd card don't do to well when it comes to live streaming. Should I use my cpu instead?

AMD Radeon Settings has Gameplay which I believe includes streaming.

I think that depends on your specs. If you list them it would make it easier for us to help you, but generally speaking you want to use the encoder of your GPU rather than CPU for streaming. (I could be mistaken on this though, and If I recall JayzTwoCents has a video debunking this.)
