I used to be able to stream or record without any problems, but lately, and only while streaming or recording i get these weird hickups every xx seconds...
It's really annoying, and i can't play competitive games like this as it makes me lose games.
This gradually started with this card, at first it sometimes happened, now the stream often "breaks" without reason and i have constant problems with streaming.
the only things on this computer are w10, steam, amd driver, rocket league and a netmonitoring tool... no crazy software, I don't have issues when i just play the game, it's only when i'm trying to stream, is there something wrong with my encoder chip ????
