Well decided to come in and as i just finished doing the same, running the Olive optimization step as I type,
run it again but try this
New Updated How to, do all steps and when ever you get an already have or error skip to the next step.
had same as you found the updated post and well so far so good, now i'm just waiting for the model to finish optimizing.
