I put in a support ticket 14 days ago about not being able to log back in to my account and i still haven't received a reply from them, starting to feel cheated out of rewards I was promised upon buying my product, of which I only purchased because I thought I would be getting these games along with it. I have tried to reach out on all forms of social media and have not received a reply on any of them.

Suggest you put in another support request, the original may have been lost in the recent flood.

I have done, even tried contacting them on twitter and reddit to no avail.
