Found a sensor VID whom voltage is between 0.9250V and 1.1625V

Laptop UEFI is to poor and doesn't tell about it.

I wonder what component has such voltage ?

Issue was solved by creating a new formula which is apparently pleasing both Zen3+ and Zen4
