I'm not familiar with the term bottleneck but would I have any issues with this combo? Would the processor be too strong for my gpu? I'm planning to upgrade my ryzen 5 2600 and keep my rx 5700 xt. Thanks

The R5 7600 is a Zen 4, PCIe 5.0, so you're wasting performance because your RX5700XT has a PCIe 4.0 connection. But bottleneck? 6/8 core amd +8gb amd-gpu...no bottleneck. but note that you need an am5 mainboard + ddr5 ram. Maybe the R5 5600/5600x is a good alternative so you can stay on your AM4 platform.

The 7600 will be "too strong" for the 5700xt, but it's also the lowest tier AM5 CPU, so if you're set on going AM5 then it's really the only option. Note that the 7600 will require a new motherboard and DDR5 RAM.

I suggest doing some research on whether upgrading your CPU will give you better fps/performance with the 5700xt in the games you play

If you're not set on AM5, you may be able to buy an AM4 5000 series CPU and see a nice performance bump without having to upgrade your mobo or RAM. You'll need to check your mobo's manual for compatibility.
